Easter Egg Coloring Night - all ages welcome -- Friday, March 29, 6:30 pm
Come and help color the Easter eggs the Easter Bunny will hide Saturday morning as he is quite the busy fellow these days! We provide the eggs (real, hard-boiled eggs) and coloring supplies -- you bring the family, a snack, and your creativity!
Due to the cost of eggs -- donation of eggs would be greatly appreciated. Contact Kristin at 610-248-2843 if you have an interest in donating eggs!
Donations of prizes for the egg hunt will be accepted this evening.
10am SHARP: Annual Easter Egg Hunt - Saturday, March 30 Fun for ALL ages! We use real eggs and we have lots of prizes. We are in great need of volunteers to help the Easter Bunny hide eggs the morning of the egg hunt (meeting at 8:30 am), to assist at the prize tables giving prizes out to the little ones, and help at the raffle tables selling raffle tickets! Any help will be greatly appreciated! Please call Kristin at 610-248-2843 or Shirley at 610-346-7401 if you can help. We need YOU to make this egg hunt tradition a success and to carry it on for future generations.
Friday, May 10, 2pm - dark: Set-up for Plant, Bake, Soup Sale
We are currently looking for vendors to sell their plants and garden crafts. Most of our vendors are "amateur" gardeners. Think you can't do it? You can! You say you can't be there Saturday to sell your "wares"? No worries! We will sell them for you! Call Kristin at 610-248-2843 for details!
This event will be outdoors. We are asking all vendors to bring their own tables and canopies, if desired. Event will be held rain or shine (unless there will be torrential downpours, a hurricane, a cyclone, or a tornado).
Don't want to sell, but would like to spend the day surrounded by nature and plants and want to volunteer? To be successful, we need as many helping hands as possible - call Kristin! We need help with parking cars, helping at check-out area, helping in the kitchen and bake goods table, answering people's plant questions, helping folks get their plants to their cars, assistance at check out, or just mingling and being jovial. We are known at these sales for a laid-back atmosphere full of smiles.
Any and all donations of plants or baked goods will be greatly appreciated.
Saturday, May 11, 9am - 3pm: Plant, Soup, and Bake Sale
No Early Birds Please!
Every year I am AMAZED at all the various plants and items that are set up at this sale! Get here early as we sell out of certain items fast, especially our soups and baked goods! Plants include hanging baskets, annuals, perennials, herbs, and some house plants. You can also find gardening books, some gardening supplies, and gardening crafts. We look forward to seeing you there!
Soup sold by the quart ($9.00). Prices of baked goods vary.

Donations of baked goods and/or plants/garden books needed and can be dropped off the night before during set-up or at another time as scheduled with Kristin (610-248-2843).
Set-up for vendors will be the night before (Friday) from 2 pm until dark.
Saturday and Sunday (TBD for 2025) - Civil War Weekend at Passer
We are excited to announce that the Detachment, US Engineers Corp, will be setting up a Civil War encampment at Passer Community Center. Yes -- the schoolhouse on the premises was built after the Civil War BUT there was a schoolhouse on this property during the Civil War and the current structure replaced this structure! Many educational "stations" throughout the encampment. Free parking. Donation buckets available for free will donations and 100% of the donations goes back to the community center!
Encampment will be open to the public on Saturday and Sunday. Stay tuned for times.
Volunteers needed to park cars and help in kitchen.
Saturday, June 15, 10:00-3:00 (Rain Date June 16)- Welcome Summer Festival!
Over 25 local, unique craft vendors! Free admission! First 50 kids get bubbles!
There will be music and incredible food!

Saturday, August 3, 10:00 - ? (when we sell out): Italian Hoagie Sale
We will be having our Italian hoagie sale again this year! PREORDERS ONLY! Cost of hoagies may go up from prior years as the cost of ingredients are increasing. You can order your hoagies ahead by texting Shirley at 610-248-3647!
If you are interested in lending a hand to make the hoagies, we will be gathering at the community center the evening before at 6:00. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated!
