Vendors Needed for Craft Sales and Flea Markets

Attention all you flea marketers and crafters!  We are in need of vendors for our 2011 Flea Markets and Craft Sales at our historic two-room schoolhouse!  For more info, contact Kristin via phone or email, or click on the "Event Details" link on the left side bar

Saturday, May 7 - Garden crafts needed for our annual Plant, Bake, Soup, and Garden Crafts Sale

Saturday, June 18 - Both flea marketers and crafters needed for an outdoor flea market/craft fair.  Only $10 per spot for unlimited space on the grounds of Passer Community Center.  We have 5+ acres, so let's fill it up!  Bring your own tables and set-up.  Tables will not be provided (no exceptions).

Saturday, August 20 - Another flea market/craft fair.  Again, only $10 per spot for unlimited space.  This is also an outdoor event.

Saturday, September 10 - Indoor/Outdoor Harvest Craft Bazaar.  Space is limited inside the building.  Indoors the cost will be $15.o0 per 8 foot space (tables and chairs provided) and $20.00 for use of electric (electric availability is limited).  Contact Kristin and send in your applications as soon as possible as space will be limited!  You may set-up outdoors for $10.00 unlimited space - bring your own tables and set-up if you plan to set up outside.  This event to be held rain or shine.  If you plan to set-up outside, please note there is no rain date.  We will try to set up up inside without guarantee as space will be extremely limited inside at this time.

Saturday, November 26 - Indoor, boutique-style Christmas Craft Bazaar.  Since this is boutique-style, you do not have to be present with your crafts.  There will be one cash-out place set-up.  Please include a tag on your items that will set your item apart including your name and price of the item.  15% of the sale of your item(s) will go to benefit the restoration and upkeep of the community center.  Drop off of the items will be scheduled for the week before.  You are responsible to inventory all your items prior to the event, bringing them to be set up, packing up your items after the show, and picking up your items.  Any questions, please ask Kristin.

April 21 or 28, 2012 - Save the date!  Event to be announced, but we will be having our semi-annual Spring Craft Bazaar on one of these dates, so stay tuned!  ($15.00 per 8 foot space, $20.00 with use of electric)
